This is the reason why this week's recipe is sweet too. It's a yogurt cake, with a thin apple layer inside, and walnuts on top, mmmmm ... a delicious combination! The mixture is fluffy and sweet.

3 yogurt sizes of flour
½ yogurt sizes of olive oil

2 apples
100g of walnuts
A jet of anise

5. Put 1/2 of the mix.
6. Take the apples, peel them and cut them into very fine slices.
7. Spread them into the bowl until it is all covered.
8. Throw the rest of the mix.
9. Cover with walnuts and sprinkle with sugar.
10. Bake at 338 ºF until it is cooked.
11. Allow to cool for a few minutes and it’s ready to serve.
You can also change anise to another sweet liqueur.
Secrets: how to know if dough is cooked? just stuck a long stick in the dough. If the stick is dry when you remove it, it's done.
For this recipe you can leave the dough in the oven about 40 minutes, but it all depends on the depth of the mold.
