THE GRAVEYARD BOOK BY NEIL GAIMAN

I am sooo tired and it's just Wednesday! Holidays are far gone and I'm back with my daily routines, back with courses and projects. I'm looking forward to many of them, like restarting my yoga classes and belly dancing, but on the other hand it's hard to see so many dates on the calendar occupied after weeks of calm...

Mhmm and now I have to talk about books, right?

"Nobody Owens, known to his friends as Bod, is a normal boy.
He would be completely normal if he didn't live in a sprawling graveyard, being raised and educated by ghosts, with a solitary guardian who belongs to neither the world of the living nor of the dead.
There are dangers and adventures in the graveyard for a boy-an ancient Indigo Man beneath the hill, a gateway to a desert leading to an abandoned city of ghouls, the strange and terrible menace of the Sleer.
But if Bod leaves the graveyard, then he will come under attack from the man Jack—who has already killed Bod's family. . ."

What to say about Neil Gaiman? He is a genius! I loved reading this book even though it's not a new Coraline. But it recreates the same atmosphere: children, dark scenes and supernatural characters.  It was fun and I truly enjoyed all the little adventures.

Here you have a trailer narrated by the author.
